Our free virtual moms group is a warm, welcoming online space where new mothers can come together for connection, conversation, and encouragement.
Join us every Wednesday for Baby Steps Café, a 30-minute virtual gathering led by our lactation consultants. This is an opportunity to share your experiences, ask questions, and hear from other new moms.
Each session also includes a brief “Milk Moments” education segment—just five minutes of helpful insights from our lactation experts on rotating topics related to feeding, parenting, and more.
What to expect:
Preregistration is required. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the link to join. If you are unable to attend, register to catch recorded "Milk Moments" sessions anytime for helpful breastfeeding tips.
